Ужасное отношение кассира Нестеровой Натальи,документы сама не заполняет паспортные данные не заполняет,отвратительно общается как будто я ей что то должна и я ей оказываю услуги,по просьбе разменять 500р по 50р отказала,уже второй раз к ней попадаю,и одна и та же ситуация, портить всю картину вашего обслуживания

Добрый день. Для размена купюр клиенту, действительно, требуется оформить соответствующее заявление. Операции в кассе банка осуществляются после идентификации плательщика, поэтому необходим паспорт. Не берите кредит в этом банке, большой %, много различных попутных платежей. Вечными должниками будете. влез в кредит, после закрыл его полностью и все равно через месяц пришло сообщение что я должен денег.

Добрый день. Хотелось бы обратить ваше внимание, что условия кредитования для каждого клиента подбираются индивидуально. Годовая процентная ставка по кредиту устанавливается банком после детального анализа данных и документов и всегда указана в кредитном договоре. Все дополнительные услуги предоставляются всегда на добровольной основе и не являются обязательным условием выдачи банком кредита. Хотим провести проверку по ситуации, связанной с погашением вами кредита. Огорчил банк , позвонил попросил хоть на 1 месяц сделать отсрочку связи что твориться в стране , так они не только отказали а предложили взять новый кредит , мол в этом месяце зато не нужно будет платить , а я не разу просрочки даже не делал, вот как любят своих клиентов
