Купил броги за 7000 р. Без скидки они стоили 15 000. Через месяц лопнула подошва-принимать отказались. Ругаться было некогда, заклеил суперклеем, вроде до сих пор это место держится. Через пол года на каждом ботинке появились ещё по две сквозных трещены. Это с учётом, что я их носил раз в неделю, когда ездил на работу в офис. Всё остальное время они стояли помытые, высушенные дома. Я за ними очень хорошо ухаживал-это видно по состоянию кожи. Но проблема не только в подошве, но и в том, как она приклеина: пятка отошла, отклеилась. Ботинки красят ноги. На озоне такие ботинки стоят 2000 р. ПРИЧЁМ ОДИН В ОДИН! Если обратить внимание на подошву, то там виден стежок, но не обманывайтесь, это такой рисунок протектора, который имитирует стежок, ибо они не прошиты, а приклеины)) А продавец заверял, что они прошиты! Каблук внутри тоже пустой, причём ботинок как-бы утоплен в каблуке, из-за этого он визуально выглядит массивно. В итоге половина каблука это сам ботинок, а вторая это тонкая резина плохого качества с пустотами. Такое нужно было постараться сделать! Жаловался, оставлял на экспертизу-отказ: "сами виноваты, так носили, идите и покупайте новые". От такого ответа я в шоке... Продавцы очень назойливые, льстят без повода, но это будет продолжаться пока вы не купите, дальше улыбка слетит с них. С этим магазином подобная ситуация не первый раз: большая часть продукции этого магазина это подделки по завышенной цене. Они привлекают большими скидками, но красная цена этой обуви 2-3 тыс р. Больше никогда не куплю ничего в магазинах этой сети.

Искала недорогую удобную обувь на проблемные ноги , и нашла в "рандеву", чему и сама удивилась. Особенно хочется отметить профессионализм и выдержку работавшего со мной Артема. Корректный, ненавязчивый, вежливый, внимательный к моим пожеланиям. Человек на своём месте.
