торопят и чуть ли не командным тонном говорят мерить разный размер обуви на обе ноги)плюс впаривают носки не в цвет размер которых не могут найти

7 августа 2019г.,в магазине OOO"Рандеву" ,мной был куплен товар на сумму 8810 руб.,а именно сумка-рюкзак Marc Jacobs(с витрины).В ходе эксплуатации, меньше чем за Неделю,я замечаю,что надпись бренда Marc Jacobs вся в мелких трещинах и начинает скалываться материал его напыления.Написала претензию,отправили товар на экспертизу,пришёл отказ в ремонте/замене.Еще и сама вызванивала ,за ответ экспертизы и нахождение рюкзака ,прошли все сроки,а звонка или оповещения так и не было.А то,что надпись бренда,товара была уже растрескавшимся на витрине(точно такой дефект я нашла на аналогичном товаре Marc Jacobs в этом же магазине ,на витрине!!!!) ,при покупке меня не уведомила администратор:Гончарова В.А.Точно такой же дефект я увидела на рюкзаке этой же фирмы Marc Jacobs в магазине на витрине(надпись потрескалась)на мое замечание,почему мне отказали в моей претензии и качества такого же товара с полки витрины продаётся ,продавец поспешно снял рюкзак и удалил из зала(это было 09.09.19г.)Подаю письменное обращение в Роспотребнадзор и суд.Хуже магазина,мне правда ещё не попадалось.Не клиентоориентированы!Не рекомендую ,продают не качественный товар !
