Не смотря на отрицательный отзыв я обратился к этой фирме за помощью. Сломалось 2 перфоратора. Просто мне было к ним ближе ехать, и что самое главное пообещали посмотреть при мне и назвать причину поломки, если экспресс тест ее покажет. На месте попросили инструмент оставить и ждать звонка. Через пару часов наладили один перфоратор, потом и второй. Все обошлось в штуку рублей , чему я очень приочень рад. Рекомендую вас! Спасибо

Долгий ремонт запчастей пачти нету не ответственны к чужим деталям.

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, будем стараться стать лучше! По поводу долгого ремонта - май, июнь пик сезона, количество обращений очень велико, поэтому убедительная просьба готовить Ваш инструмент к лету заранее в марте, апреле, тогда время диагностики и ремонта будет гораздо меньше. По поводу запчастей - мы принимаем в ремонт инструмент любых марок и производителей в отличии от фирменных сервисных центров с ограниченным ассортиментом. Количество моделей электро и бензоинструмента представленных на рынке сейчас огромно и иметь в наличии запчасти на все из них не представляется возможным, поэтому запчасти на редкие и снятые с производства экземпляры придется подождать. По поводу ответственности - мы даем гарантию на выполненные работы и применяемые запасные части (если Вы это имели в виду).
