Негативный отзыв о remontpk.com. Шарлатаны. Ломают технику. Не выполняют обязательства. Пригласил «мастера» (в кавычках) из этой компании почистить от пыли 2 ноутбука Сони. Мастер Андрей (тел. 8-967-043-02-22). Берегитесь его. Руки растут из задницы. 1. В первом ноутбуке сломал систему вентиляции – половина горячего воздаха сквозь щели, сделанные мастером при разборке вентилятора стали проходить внутрь ноутбука. Также намазал чересчур толстый слой термопасты. Как результат – ноутбук стал перегреваться за 2 минуты и выключаться. 2. Во втором ноутбуке также повредил вентилятор и при сборке забыл подключить видеокамеру, т.е. остались без встроенной видеокамеры. 3. Потребовал в 2 раза большую оплату за работу, чем та, которую оговаривали по телефону компании, вместо 3800 руб. – запросил 7000 руб. Никаких чеков, никакого описания сделанных работ… так что потом трудно от них что-то потребовать. Теперь отзыв о самой компании remontpk.com (тел. +7-495-970-38-28). 1. На сайте написано «гарантия 182 дня». По факту, когда позвонил с жалобой на плохую работу – то там сидит просто диспетчер, который говорит «передам ваш звонок мастеру, он вам перезвонит». 2. После 5 моих звонков, через 2 дня все-таки мне мастер перезвонил. Провякал что-то невразумительное. Предложил посмотреть ноутбук через интернет (там 5 минут искал, где в программе Аида, которую сам установил, находятся показания температурного датчика… так и не нашел, пока я ему сам не подсказал… вот такая компетентность). Пообещал прийти на следующий день и что-то исправить. 3. Понятное дело, что так и не пришел. При звонке в «компанию» remontpk.com – открытым текстом послали на «…», и бросили трубку. В результате после работы этих псевдомастеров отдал за ремонт двух ноутов 15000 руб. в официальном сервисе «Сони». Вот так вот неудачно почистил от пыли ноутбук у этих шарлатанов remontpk.com. Такой вот отзыв. Берегитесь!
