Будьте внимательны, заказывая там ключи! Во-первых сразу уточняйте стоимость заказа и сверяйте его с прейскурантом. Судя по всему, у всех сотрудников плохая память и при получении заказа вам могут "по ошибке" назвать сумму в 3 раза больше. Вдруг подумаете, что не расслышали изначально и заплатите. Во-вторых, если платите наличными, обязательно требуйте кассовый чек, чтобы не было соблазна провести ваш заказ мимо кассы, а потом честно глядя в глаза заявить, что "вас тут не стояло". В-третьих, советую никуда не отходить во время изготовления ключа, чтобы видеть кто конкретно из сотрудников занимался вашим заказом и вести разговор уже с ним. Потому что буквально через 15 минут выяснить это будет невозможно. Друг за друга перед клиентом стоят горой. Еще лучше при получении пометить ключ (например маркером) при мастере, т.к. переделать там неподошедший ключ или вернуть деньги проблематично. Вас могут с ходу обвинить в мошенничестве и попытке подсунуть им кривой дубликат, который они якобы не делали, чтобы получить второй нормальный бесплатно. Эдакая многоходовочка, чтобы съэкономить 100 р.))) Нелепое обвинение, но доказать обратное без пометки на ключе вы не сможете. Я так поняла, главный у них там Максим (полностью представиться отказался). И такая круговая порука и хамское отношение к клиентам – именно его установка.
