Отзывы я обычно не пишу, но тут сами напросились. Конечно, сами виноваты, надо не верить наслово, но всё же. Был разбит экран у телефона и не работала кнопка. Сдали, чтобы починить кнопку. В сервисе попросили пароль от телефона, чтобы после починки проверить работоспособность. Заверили, что все данные останутся в целосности и сохранности, никто никуда не полезет. В итоге мы улетели в Турции, мне на почту приходит оповещение о том, что я, якобы, оставила отзыв об их сервисе. Прилагаю скрины. По возвращению пошли туда и на обоснованную претензию начали рассказывать ему, что это чуть ли не мы сами сделали. Хотя видно, что с телефона, который был у них в ремонте, был выполнен вход именно 17.10, айпишник, с которого заходили Московский, что телефон, с которым я была, находится в Турции. Оставили телефон до выяснения обстоятельств, пароль поменяли. Через несколько дней звонок от менеджера или администратора, кто у них там, о том, что они ничего не выяснили. НЕУЖЕЛИ? И что запись с камер хранится несколько дней и тех данных уже нет. Интересно, сразу они этого не знали или ждали, пока данных уже не будет? Начал какие-то ерундовые россказни о том, что зачем им это надо. Действительно, зачем им надо писать хороший отзыв про себя? Но готовы были сделать скидку (которую, правда, сделали). Видимо, в расчёте на то, что это ситуация замнётся. В общем, мало того, что залезли в чужой аккаунт, оставили от чужого имени себе отзыв (не знаю, на что они рассчитывали?), так ещё и чуть ли нас не выставили виноватыми, что это мы всё специально сделали и придумали. Хотя на скриншотах, по-моему, всё ясно видно!
