Когда построили квартиру, то встал вопрос ремонта, т. к. сдавалась она без отделки. Делать сами не умели, да в принципе, наверное, и не хотели. Выбрали эту фирму, т. к. бывшие соседи с ними делали, нормально получилось. Да и цены они не задирают. Расскажу по результатам - полы стелили ламинат - лежит ровно, дырок нет. Обои поклеили - зазоров и пузырей мы не нашли. Потолки делали натяжные, нигде не подвисает и не торчит. Двери не болтаются)). Из недостатков могу выделить неудобное расположение офиса и график работы. Для подписания договора нужно было отпрашиваться с работы и ехать через весь город на Варшавское шоссе.

С 7 августа делали ремонт в коттедже с мастерами компании Ремонт Надо. Они нам перебрали котельную, заменили окна, двери, сделали ремонт в гостиной, прихожей и кухне. Можно сказать, часть ремонта переделывали после предыдущих горе-мастеров. Взялись за работу, предварительно подписав договор, т.к. уже был печальный опыт с недобросовестными рабочими. Жаль только офис работает только по будням, мне не совсем удобно, т.к. работаю допозна. Я хотел подъехать в офис, но в итоге подписали договор у меня дома.

Мы заключили договор с Русланом и оплатили ему 60% аванса, а также закупку материалов. В итоге, прождали на 2 месяца дольше, чем было указано в договоре, а выполнено было только 30% работ. И нам стало очевидно, что доделывать он ничего не собирается. Каждый день Руслан нам врал, что сегодня все закупит/поставит бригаду/начнет работы/приедет на встречу, но в итоге с мертвой точки работы не двигались. В итоге Руслан не доделал работы, и не вернул нам аванс. А сейчас сменил номер телефона и не отвечает на звонки. Не обращайтесь в эту организацию - это обычные мошенники.
