Кофемашина полностью даже не хотела начинать готовить кофе ( стоит у нас в конторе) . Звонок в сервис , через 20 минут уже забрали. На следующий день сообщили о поломках и цене , получили согласие на ремонт и сделали уже к следующему дню. Спасибо за столь быстрый ремонт.

Кофейный аппарат DELONGHI ремонтировали с забором в мастерскую .Сразу мастер назвал стоимость ремонта , ну и ни каких уже сюрпризов в дальнейшем не было .Как сделали сами позвонили и привезли .Проверил в работе , нет замечаний.

Берут вашу технику в "заложники" и вымогают деньги. Пришлось оставить им кофемашину за 15 тыс рублей. И мошенниками-то их не назовёшь - внимательно читайте договор - там вся их подлость описана. Не связывайтесь. Хотя по этой схеме думаю работает много контор по ремонту техники. Обдерут как липку! Мне обещали, что починят кофемашину за 1 -1.5 тысячи. Приехали домой, забрали к себе. Потом звонят, и говорят, что ремонт будет стоить 8 тыс. Я на такое не рассчитывал. Мне сказали, что я теперь чтобы забрать свою неисправную кофемашину должен заплатить 2500 за "диагностику" и ехать за ней на другой конец Москвы в рабочее время. Я им сказал, что мне не нужна сломанная кофемашина за 2500 и не стал забирать ее, а купил новую. Хотя я не уверен был ли нужен такой дорогой ремонт.
