В самом сервисе не была – но хамского разговора по телефону было достаточно. Пред история: На машине мицубиси кольт РКПП было поменяно сцепление, но не проведена адаптация т.к. специалист появится только через неделю. После смены сцепления машина, на ходу работают все 6 передач и задняя, но пропал мягкий старт, да и в принципе после смены сцепления на роботе нужно отрегулировать точки позиций актуатора. Ждать неделю специалиста в моем сервисе – долго, машина нужна. И я решила поискать специалиста на стороне в интернете. Одной из первых по запросу – адаптация актуатора мицубиси кольт – выпала данная шарашкина контора. Звоню – гудки, кто то снимает трубку и тишина, даже элементарного алле нет, не то что здравствуйте или автосервис слушаем. Спрашиваю - меня интересует адаптация коробки мицубиси кольт – я туда попала? В ответ трубка проблямкала – что вроде туда, звук отвратительный как из погреба. Начинаю спрашивать – можно ли у них адаптировать актуатор после смены сцепления. Дальше меня перебили и слушать не стали. Просто хамски сказали – что бы я катилась туда где мне делали сцепления. И типа их ответ жесткий – но с моей машины у них будут одни проблемы! ???? ЗАНАВЕС!!! Это что же за специалисты – телепаты – экстрасенсы? Которые даже не выслушав проблему (я молчу о осмотре машины) уже решили, что у них будут проблемы? Ну нафиг таких спецов – которые при простом звонке с вопросом – впадают в панику и начинают хамить.
