Моя история с автосервисом ремонт DSG на Барвихинской 9 развивалась таким образом: Приехал на ремонт с проблемой по мехатронику, провели диагностику и приговорили сцепление. Потом еще и маховик пошел под замену, бохСним! –говорю. Давайте чиним все под ключ, главное чтоб за 2 дня управились. Нужно на работу. Естественно облизывали как могли - кофе, печеньки, вежливо всё и профессионально. В итоге звоню через 2 дня и говорю, что выезжаю за машиной, мне в ответ – НЕ ГОТОВО! Я спрашиваю, что именно? говорят - ВСЕ НЕ ГОТОВО! небыло в наличии маховика и по этому не смогли собрать коробку. Я впал в ярость, говорю что так не договаривались. Короче разговор был не из приятных. Хамства не почуял, но свою линию гнули уперто. Звоню на следующий день, снова слышу ЕЩЕ ПОЛ ДНЯ, ПРИЕЗЖАЙТЕ ВЕЧЕРОМ к семи. Я говорю – НУ ЧТО ТАМ такого сложного с чем не могут справиться мастера «С ТАКИМ-ТО ОПЫТОМ ПО РЕМОНТУ» ??? В общем приехал к 19 часам, промурыжили до 22-00. Выяснилось, что тот, кто адаптирует кпп уже свалил домой. #@#@!!! Я тож поехал домой. Утром звоню. Спрашиваю спокойно – НУ ЧТО? Сил ругаться-то больше нет. Хочется быстрее получить машину и свалить. Короче, машину отдали, все работает слава богу. Я знаю всем или нет, но мне дали гарантию 2 года или 60 тыщ по пробегу. Диагностику в счет не включили. Адаптацию провели со скидкой, (ещёбы! Сумма за ремонт кучерявая) в результате потерял пару лишних дней и потратил нервы. На самом деле все отремонтировали, машина в порядке. Претензий по качеству нет. Но ехать туда в следующий раз, или нет, я подумаю.
