Очень высокие цены на простое обслуживание .

Сергей, нам очень жаль, что у Вас сложилось подобное впечатление о нашем сервисном центре. Вы не указали номер заказа, марку модель оборудование и ничего конкретного, чтобы мы смогли понять о каком заказе идет речь - напишите на remont@zakazdj.ru или хотя бы укажите номер Вашего заказа, чтобы мы смогли с Вами связаться . . Так же хотим прокомментировать Ваше сообщение. Мы всегда все обсуждаем заранее. Не чиним без согласования сроков и стоимости. И каждый этап работ делаем только по согласованию. . Что касается оплаты: к нам люди идут за качеством и гарантией, так как мы не чиним "все подряд", а специализируемся только на музыкальном оборудовании, большая часть из которого - раритет или высокий класс. "Дешево = качественно" очень сомнительное уравнение. Перед ремонтом мы всегда согласуем стоимость и если стоимость не устраивает - Диагностика бесплатно, ничего оплачивать не требуется. На отремонтированное оборудование мы всегда даем гарантию на выполненные работы! . Сама стоимость формируется из стоимости запчастей и времени высококвалифицированного мастера потраченного на поиск и устранение неисправности и часто "простое обслуживание" на первый взгляд - многие часы кропотливой работы мастера нацеленного на качество и результат. . В любом случае мы с удовольствием отчитаемся за каждый потраченный Вами рубль. Напишите нам.
