Оставили телефон на замену дисплея ждали больше месяца ,а обещали за неделю.Итог взяли телефон обратно аккумулятор все поменяли телефон стал еще хуже работать(((((

возникла проблема с дисплеем телефона - фантомные нажатия, телефон жил своей жизнью. по телефону дали ближайший адрес сервиса и назвали цену, сказали, что всё уточнили и приезжать надо СЕГОДНЯ (это важно), ремонт сделают до вечера. в итоге я приезжаю в этот же день, А МАСТЕРА НЕТ И СЕГОДНЯ НЕ БУДЕТ (это пранк или что?), но вы можете оставить телефон на ремонт и забрать мб завтра, а мб послезавтра. зачем заведомо вводить людей в заблуждение? никакого уважения к чужому потраченному времени. мне пришлось ехать еще раз на следующий день, пришлось так же звонить и узнавать есть ли мастер на месте. окей, заменили мне дисплей (в заявке указана гарантия месяц, вот тут уже закрались сомнения). иииии *барабанная дробь* через полторы недели телефон снова начал страдать фантомными нажатиями (это указывает на брак установленного китайского дисплея если что), 3 тысячи в трубу. так как гарантия еще была, я приехала снова в этот СЦ, они покрутили телефон в руках секунд 30 и сказали ВСЁ ОК, НАВЕРНО У ВАС ПРОСТО ПАМЯТЬ ЗАБИТА (да да, вот когда память в телефоне кончается он начинает жить своей жизнью, ага конечно), всевозможными способами оттягивают ремонт по гарантии, заведомо ставят бракованные детали, наплевательски относятся. не занимайтесь благотворительностью, отдавая им свои деньги. телефон мне так и не починили, симулятор ремонта телефона мне обошеля в 3000р.

Порвался ремешок на умном браслете garmin. Звонил первый раз: назвал модель, сказали цену ремонта и сказали приезжать. И то что отправят смс адрес. В ИТОГИ НЕ ПРИСЛАЛИ СМС Звонил второй раз. Снова назвал модель. Сказали приезжать. И уже отправили смс с адресом. Я ПОТРАТИЛ ВРЕМЯ. ПРИЕХАЛ.... ЗА МКАД. А МНЕ ГОВОРЯТ ЧТО ТАКУЮ МОДЕЛЬ НЕ ЧИНЯТ........
