Врут. Предоплатку берут. приблизительно 10процентов от сметы. благо у меня заказ маленький был. теперь хочу лишние 2 тыс забрать, а они даже по телефону не разговаривают. девушка отвечает, что вам перезвонят

НИКОГДА НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С ЭТОЙ КОМПАНИЕЙ!!! Заключила с ними договор на ремонт ванной. Приезжал прораб, промерил все, два часа мы составляли смету, проговаривая каждый пункт. Цена меня устроила. НО. . . фраза -оплата по факту -это та яма, в которую потом попадаешь. Как только они выполняют часть работ, то на оплату выставляют два счета -один, который у тебя в смете, другой они называют -по факту. Я сначала вроде даже как им поверила. . . хотя как может измениться площадь прямоугольника? ? ? второй акт заставил призадуматься, так как сумму к оплате превышала почти в два раза сумму в договоре. Я позвонила прорабу, он стал мне втюхивать про то, что мою смету можно просто выкинуть, то, что в ней написано - это чистая ерунда! КАК ТАК? ? ? как это может быть ерундой, если именно согласно смете, ее " цифрам" ты принимаешь решение -делать или не делать ремонт. дальше- больше. . черновой материал в твоей смете прописан только процентов на 30, но ты об этом узнаешь только тогда, когда тебе выставляют счет. Но самое интересное - в твоей смете прописаны импортные материалы, а по факту тебе привозят большую половину отечественных, и если ты не заходишь в квартиру, ты об этом даже не узнаешь. . . но цена в смете будет как на импортные. . . Кроме этого, часть работ, прописанных в смете было просто не выполнено. . . К тому же мастер еще и накасячил - стена " ушла", ванная встала криво. . . Эта фирма просто разводит людей на деньги, а положительные отзывы -это чистое вранье!!! ! !
