Чинила духовку. Первый раз пришел "мастер", не осилил вынуть вилку из розетки, отрубил все электричество в квартире. Обратно включить не смог. Пришлось вызывать аварийку. Сама светила ему фонариком, переписал все нужные циферки с духовки. На второй день согнал меня с работы, шел два часа по Пущино(откуда?), чтобы опять переписать те же циферки. За эту опцию потребовал денег. Нужную деталь покупали месяц, так и не купили. Потому что ехать в Москву далеко, а службами доставки пользоваться в этой шараге не умеют. Плюнула, купила сама, муж починил. Никому не советую к ним обращаться

Здравствуйте, Мария Александровна. Спасибо, за Ваш отзыв. Мастер определил неисправность. К сожалению, мы не смогли оперативно получить деталь от поставщиков. Мы провели корректирующие действия, а именно расширили ассортимент пакетных переключателей для уменьшения срока ремонта. По Вопросу об отключении вводного защитного автомата и невозможности его включить, поясняем, что за ошибки в установке бытовой техники клиентом и не исправности коммутационно-защитной аппаратуры мастер ответственности не несет. Сожалеем, что не смогли помочь Вам.

Вот уже третью неделю стоит в этой «мастерской» моя стиральная машина! После первой недели простоя выяснилось, что мастер болел(!) и теперь они попробуют(!) узнать, можно ли найти детали... Прошло ещё две недели и ни звонка! Это чисто пущинский прохиндейский подход к делу! Горе-мастера живут в параллельной реальности! Даже единицу ставить не хочется!
