Такого наплевательского и дилетантского отношения к тем, кто обращается за услугой я уже давно не встречал! Короче. Кому надо записаться в очередь на ремонт велосипеда у дилетантов и попасть на сомнительный результат с не конкретной стоимостью - вам в Рем-Вел! Что бы отзыв не выглядел поклёпом привожу свой случай. 03.08.2020 г., созвонившись по указанному номеру на сайте, подъехали в гаражи. Взглянув на велосипед, "мастер" заявил, что велосипед китайский, не качественный, гарантировать ничего не может, что большая очередь (велосипед надо оставить на 2 дня), и вообще он браться за ремонт не хочет! Сразу после этого я обратился в соседнюю организацию по ремонту велосипедов. 15 мин - и велосипед на "полном ходу!" Исправили проблему и провели полный ТО.

Уважаемый Сергей. Я лично Вам пытался как можно тактичней донести всю суть, но вы быстро все восприняли "в штыки". Во первых у нас и правда очередь из велосипедов, а во вторых с таким велосипедом как у Вас по опыту работы предвижу целый ряд нюансов т.к. он действительно китайский. Я пытался предупредить Вас об этом. А вы очень обиделись в лучших чувствах, и ничего слушать не стали и диалога как такового не получилось. Извините Вас никто не хотел так обидеть, и очень хорошо что Вам смогли помочь в другой мастерской

Андрей мастер хороший, сразу нашел неисправность, сделал, после этого уже 6 месяцев нет проблем. Обратились к его напарнику - спускалась камера на заднем колесе, - вернул через 4 дня - за 1 т.р. что-то исправил - на что не жаловались. Через день заднее колесо спущено. Приезжаю - меня не помнит. Еще за 100 р. меняем золотник. Через день - то же. Больше не поеду, или когда -нибудь к Андрею.
