пришла к двери в 13.30 никто на звонок не ответил. Простояла на жаре пять минут и ушла... если не работаете хоть бы расписание повесили... нет никакой информации, либо лаботрясничают ваши работники. я приходила 31.08.2019. Похоже у вас столько клиентов, что вы можете позволить так себя вести...

Добрый день! График работы салона на нашем сайте актуальный. Возможно, там был технический перерыв. Информируем Вас о том, что не так далеко от Новокузнецкой располагаются другие салоны, в которые Вы можете обратиться: на м. Таганская и Автозаводская. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства.

Мне нравится, что в реглет можно находится в шаговой доступности (Новокузнецкая) и цены всегда приятные, раньше часто именно там все печатала. Но сегодня, когда я отстояла очередь, меня спросили какой у меня объём работы, узнав что нужно печатать и сшивать, они объявили перерыв, на вопрос почему не сказали об этом раньше (ведь я стояла давно) мне ответили, что об этом твердят уже 30 минут (нет, об этом было сказано впервые). Разве это нормальное общение с клиентом?
