Ужасный провайдер, не информируют о повышении цен на тарифы, интернет по началу работал хорошо, последние месяца 3 скачет, теряется. Когда звонишь в техподдержку говорят, что у вас всё прекрасно работает, а по факту отстой.

Подключён уже пару лет как, поначалу вроде всё нормально было, особо не обращал внимания на падение связи, но последние полгода постоянные падения сессий по непонятным причинам, техподдержка пыталась уверить, что проблема в роутере, но и при прямом подключении по PPPoE не соединяет, ещё у них видимо защита по mac адресу какая то есть видимо, причём корявая. Другой роутер привёз, то же самое, старый роутер в другое место отвёз с другим оператором, все отлично. В общем совет данной организации - меняйте инфраструктуру или "инженеров". В данное время очень не советую данную компанию, сам уже перехожу на другого оператора.

На данный момент являюсь абонентом данного оператора (8272269). Ранее был подключен по радиомодулю (БШД). К сожалению, скорость доступа была довольно низкой, по современным требованиям (2 мбита), но сама связь работала без перебоев и свои 2 мегабита выдавала (однако вечерами скорость проседала, из-за наплыва пользователей). Сейчас подключен по технологии GPON. А вот это уже совсем другое дело. Триста мбит/с (300 мбит/с), пинг в пределах 7 мсек, абонентская плата 300 р. (первые 6 мес, далее 700 р.) ниже, чем у конкурентов. На момент написания отзыва (15.08.22) подключение по оптике бесплатное. Оператора советую.
