Мариана. г. МоскваУ меня были кредитные задолженности с просрочками втечение двух лет в пяти банках, одна знакомая посоветовала обратиться в Региональную юридическую службу, сказала что ей там как-то очень помогли. Я приехала туда на бесплатную консультацию к кредитному юристу, посмотрели мои документы и сказали, что нужно расторгать кредитные договоры в суде и можно списать штрафы и проценты, я сначала не поверила, потому что фирм таких прошла штук пять-везде наглым образом обманывают!На свой страх и риск заключила договор об оказании юридических услуг на 4 месяца. Что удивительно через неделю работы юристов, службы взыскания и коллекторы звонить вообще перестали. Юрист подал исковые заявления в суд с расторжением договоров, в суде получилось списать неустойку и частично накрученные банком проценты, а самое главное договоры расторгли и рост долгов остановился. Судебные приставы возбудили исполнительные производства по решениям судов, а через месяц по заявлению юриста прекратили их в ввиду отсутствия имущества и доходов у меня. Спасибо вам человеческое, вы мне очень помогли! Со всей искренностью рекомендую Региональную юридическую службу! – показать
