Тренер по бачате Елена была прекрасна, но мне сказали спустя три недели отмены занятий, что их больше не будет, т.к. Елена больше не ведёт это направление. В итоге мы отходили половину абонемента за 4800₽, который нам на двоих продали с мужем. Потом направление закрыли и мне предложили возврат средств и вернули 1200₽ под предлогом, что таких абонементов нет и мне посчитали как 4 занятия по 900₽=3600₽. Хотя мы с мужем отходили 2 занятия и списали 2400₽. На просьбу вернуть ещё 1200₽ мне сказали, что так не получится и предложили походить на другие занятия. Желания, если честно, нет. Ещё и сказали, что в следующий раз будут продавать персональную тренировку как всем, потому что мы одни ходили на это направление.

Начала ходить в студию совсем недавно, но уже очень нравится. Большой выбор тренировок, можно выбрать себе по душе. Великолепный состав тренеров, помогут, подскажат, объяснят. Отличная альтернатива спортивному залу и даже в 1000 раз лучше!)

Администратор записала меня на пробное занятие в 8-30 утра. Я пришла к назначенному времени, меня пропустил охранник и проводил до арендуемого помещения, но там никого не оказалось. В 8-30 я позвонила администратору, она сонным голосом сказала "ой, а Вы записаны?" Предложила перезаписать меня на 11 утра, но я отказалась так как у меня на это время были уже другие планы и мотаться туда сюда мне вообще не хотелось. Я очень не довольна, что в субботу в 8-30 утра администратор спал, а я сидела у них на диване и потратила в пустую время. Отвратительная организация!
