Был заказ по предоплате от Детского мира. Время доставки с 10:00 до 14:00 На основании пропущенного мною вызова в 9:45 перенесли заказ на следующий день. В 10:05 я перезвонила, а курьер посреди звонка просто повесила трубку. В 10:25 курьер перезвонила и сказала, что уехала из моего района и возвращаться не собирается. Поэтому уже завтра будет доставка. И ЭТО, ЗАМЕТЬТЕ, БЫЛО ТОЛЬКО НАЧАЛО ИНТЕРВАЛА ВРЕМЕНИ, В КОТОРОЕ ФИРМА ОБЯЗАЛАСЬ ДОСТАВИТЬ. Вот сколько заказываю у разных служб доставки и на разных маркетплейсах, с таким сталкиваюсь впервые. Так как всегда курьеры перезванивают с разным интервалом времени. Если ждёте доставку от этой "чудо доставки" носите телефон с собой даже в туалет. Но лучше, конечно, по доброй воле с этой фирмой не связываться. А руководству данной фирмы хочется посоветовать пересмотреть штат работников, так как с таким отношением при текущем уровне конкуренции ничего хорошего вас не ждёт.

Испортили подарок на ДР! Заказала подарок в магазине Агент Провокатор 31/10. Мне звонили из магазина, я не ответила, поэтому доставку перенесли с 1/11 на 2/11, ну ладно, тут сама была виновата. 2/11 жду доставку, время 6 вечера - никаких новостей. Позвонила в магазин, говорят: "отдали курьеру, ждите".Никаких смс о том, что за курьер и когда будет Redexpress мне не прислали. Был один пропущенный вызов - муж перезвонил и курьер отвечает: "а у вас какой адрес?". Назвали. "А, ну я уже уехал и доставки не будет". Прекрасно просто! Один звонок! А если человек у врача был?? 3/11 я решила заказ отменить. Позвонила в 10 утра в Агент, там сказали, что отменят. А в 12 мне звонят из Redexpress и просят подтвердить доставку сегодня!! В итоге заказ мой отметили, но 250 рублей за доставку мне никто не собирается возвращать! Что за сервис?!!! Где исполнение обязательств??? Просто УЖАСНАЯ компания!! Не обращайтесь сюда. К Агент провокатор тоже много вопросов!!

Доставка в течение трех дней! Коробка и ее содержимое целое. Курьер на мою просьбу помог вскрыть заказ. При случае их услугами воспользуюсь еще!
