Столкнулись с данной компанией и очень не рады. У меня сын студент, нужно было распечатать чертежи на ватмане, не знали куда обратиться- через 2гис нашли данную компанию. Отдали за 2 чертежа (на ватмане, не знаю как формат правильно называется) целых 3 тысячи рублей, еще и ждали свой заказ 3 дня. Оказывается в любой другой точке печати (причем маленькой точке) можно напечатать чертеж за 400 руб., а печать на месте! Ужас! Видят что перед ними стоит ребенок и обманывают, есть разница 800 руб или 3000 руб? Никому не посоветую данную компанию, всех буду отговаривать.

То есть по прайсу эта услуга все таки дешевле? Вы произведёте мне возврат? Вот почему нужно написать публичный отзыв, чтобы что то заработало как надо?( Чек найти не обещаю, посмотрю операции в Сбербанке онлайн. По номеру заказа в программе посмотрите.

Абсолютно отсутствует понятие клиентоориентированности, поведение администраторов и менеджеров просто хамское, больше к вам не придем. Звонила руководителю отдела, обещали поговорить и разобраться, но вот из-за таких сотрудников, теряет свое лицо фирма.
