Отношение к людям не очень положительное.. Как- будто они бесплатно раздают товар, а мы пришли просить!

Отвратитьльное отношение. Заказ из другого города он-лайн. В итоге после заказа оказалось что нет в наличии единого полотна, а только два отреза, ну ок, согласилась...потом оказалось что на ткани белые вкрапления, растянута по краю. Отдел качества ответил что ткань меланж и это не брак и все. При этом в описании ткани ни слова о меланже и менеджер тоже об этом не говорил...ни скидок, ничего...только сплошные извините. Еще раз вернуться в этот магазин желания не возникает...жуть

Отличный магазин! Здесь не как в обычном магазине, когда ткани приходят коллекциями и потом годами висят. Здесь всегда много новинок. Когда не знаю, что себе сшить, всегда еду в этот магазин. И каждый раз ухожу с большим пакетом тканей и идей. И цены тут приятные, поэтому мой пакет тканей всегда большой и не только мой) Недавно была уже в новом помещении после их переезда в беби стор - очень стильно и много места. Ребята подросли! Даже есть зона для фотосессии. Молодцы! Снимаю шляпу)

Только-только переехал мой любимый магазин тканей! Сразу к ним , место стало больше , ткани все аккуратно и красиво висят , купить хочется прямо все!!! Девочкам рекомендую , заодно в тц есть еще магазин пряжи ))
