Второй раз удалось посетить Реактор на Писарева. Первый раз я приезжал, чтобы сменить летнюю резину на зимнюю, а сейчас наоборот, приехал, чтобы сменить зимнюю на летнюю. Работа мастеров выполнена качественно, очень слаженная команда работает в данном месте. Все мастера — профессионалы, адекватные и принятые люди, относятся по-человечески, мелочь, а приятно. Цены недорогие за такое качество, я позвонил, меня записали,я приехал, долго не ждал. Знаю, что есть комната ожидания, но были ограничения из-за карантина. В тот день была хороша погода, солнце, я был не против погулять на улице, пока ждал авто. Решил ездить именно сюда, потому что в других сетях, то занято, то мест нет, а тут принимают без проблем, готов советовать всем. – показать

Постоянно приезжаю в Ректор, в этот раз был на диагностике тормозной системы. После диагностики мастер сменил мне шланг. Мне все понравилось, все сделали хорошо, я оставил свою машину, а нас следующий день забрал. В самом сервисе есть комната ожидания, которой можно было бы воспользоваться, если бы она не была закрыта из-за карантина, так же есть автомат со снеками, можно перекусить. Так же тут предусмотрена система скидок для постоянных клиентов, которой я пользуюсь. Нравится, что сервис работа ет круглосуточно, есть внутри магазин, где можно что-то купить для авто. В дальнейшем мог бы доверить сервису починку двигателя и ходовой, потому как по данному функционалу у меня никогда не было претензий. – показать
