Честно говоря, обошла всех тренеров в своём фитнесе, когда начала болеть спина. Не ожидала, но становилось только хуже и хуже. Врач обследовал и сказал, что распространённый остеохондроз, настоял на ЛФК и отправил к Дмитрию. Не хотелось расставаться с тренажёрами и беговой дорожкой, но пришлось. В общем, уже на третьем занятии с утяжелителями и резиновой лентой получила за 50 минут нагрузку как в зале за полтора часа. Занимаюсь с Дмитрием 4 месяца, спина не болит и после работы и на отдыхе, он просто физически и морально спас - не чувствую себя неполноценной, не пришлось себя хоронить в 36 лет, а ведь эта боль убивала и как мать и как женщину. СПАСИБО!!! Алла

Спасибо грамотному, понимающему, а самое главное - терпеливому специалисту Дмитрию! После инсульта мой отец стал очень плаксивым, капризным и грубым, чего раньше с ним не случалось. Мы приглашали разных реабилитологов, но ни с кем он не хотел заниматься, да и после 2-3 встреч с ним все реабилитологи тоже отказывались, так как договориться с отцом было практически невозможно. Дмитрия Анатольевича тоже не сразу зауважал и даже обижал, но через три недели всё-таки начал нормально заниматься. Через два месяца отец начал сам ходить и на кухню, и в туалет, даже мыться хочет сам, но мы пока не разрешаем. Вот уж правда - терпенье и труд всё перетрут! СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ ЗА ТРУД, УВАЖАЕМЫЙ ДМИТРИЙ АНАТОЛЬЕВИЧ!!!
