В последнее время всегда отдавала предпочтение сети магазинов RBT. Не знаю, что у вас там происходит, но больше не хочется туда приходить. 1 случай. Зашла за товаром, меня обслуживал продавец-консультант с фингалом под глазом и ужасным перегаром. Что-то приобретать сразу расхотелось. 2 случай. Зашли с мужем за микроволновой печью, которую муж присмотрел неделю назад. Оказалось, что она в единственном экземпляре и ее уже заказали. Вопрос: зачем она тогда стоит на полке с ценником? это вводит покупателей в заблуждение!

Прежде чем посетить магазин прочитайте отзывы и посмотрите рейтинг. Советую руководству провести ревизию своих кадров, исходя из отзывов, а то скоро выручка упадет, ходить никто не будет.
