Сказать что разочарована в этом магазине-ничего не сказать . Предупреждаю сразу закон о защите прав потребителей им не знаком и вообще похоже на них не распростроняются законы🥴🥴🥴 купила у них блендер по факту продажи я купила блендер который (оказывается стоит на сайте 3999р) за 5000р , блендер дали старую модель, а коробку и чек от новой модели- "молодцы какие"! Прежде чем что то купить не торопитесь ,придите домой подумайте, за ценами не следят и как сказал их "менеджер" продавцы и консультанты оказываются не обязаны стоять возле прилавков и проверять цены🥴🥴🥴 ну и перерасчет они не делают, короче молодцы ребята далеко пойдут. А консультант был вежливый ,видно добросовестный и реально шарит в технике ,ну ошибся у всех бывает, а вот руководство в лице менеджера по работе с клиентами явно не учили как нужно обращаться с клиентами. У нас так то ,продавцы не должны ,консультанты не обязаны. То есть можете прийти ценники менять они продадут вам Товар не по той цене и все хорошо ,главное что мне сказали что это не обман .... аааа... а вот что это так и не сказали . Все кто столкнулся с ними в общем телефон Роспотребнадзора 88003504156 звоните ,консультируйтесь и знайте свои законные права. Не возвращают ,не меняют личный случай каждый нужно разбирать и письмо для проверки нужно писать иначе так и будут что попало творить . В противном случае можно через претензию взыскивать в судебном порядке.

При оформлении рассрочки на товар, кредитный специалист Лилия без моего согласия включила страховку стоимостью 6300 не сказав и слова об этом, при стоимости товара в 29тр. увидел это только дома и мне пришлось тратить свое время на то чтобы ездить снова в этот магазин, откуда отправили в страховую .
