На дворе 2024 год! Сдачи дома даже близко нет!!! Новый инвестиционный контракт с МО не заключен. Судьба комплекса висит на волоске! Обещаниям ЖСК Скифия, РБКстрой, КБРСГ и как там они ещё себя называют, грошь цена! На данный момент оформляется процедура банкротства.

Кто пишет хорошие отзывы-это боты самой компании. Реальный пайщик некогда не поставит хороший отзыв этой шарашкиной конторе. Пай выплачен полностью 21году, в этом же году стаяла сдача по договору. В итоге каждые пол года кормят завтраками и переносят сроки сдачи. Собрания кооператива не проводятся. Полностью обнаглевший Григоров, думает что ему сойдет все с рук. Ну ему может и сойдет, но жизнь на потомках отыграется.
