Работаем рядом с Парнасом, поэтому решили отметить там свой корпоратив.Народу очень много,компании разные, ощущение массовости очень понравилось! программа отличная, еда и стоимость тоже устроили!Вобщем отлично посидели!

Вчера у дочки было день рождения, решили поехать поиграть в боулинг, отдохнуть. Настроение было испорчено до конца дня. Безалаберность во всем. Сразу же заказали пиццу , нам даже не соизволили подать приборы, предложили есть руками , да да руками, которыми беремся за шары, а шарами неизвестно кто играл, больной туберкулезом или гепатитом. мы промолчали кушать естественно не стали. Далее нашей дорожке было выдано всего четыре шара№5, №8 и два 13, нас было четверо.13 не поднять в 5 не пролазили пальцы. Когда я хотела взять шар с соседней дорожки, игрок меня оскорбил. вырвал из рук шар и послал. Естественно я пошла и попросила пригласить администратора, на что мне девушка на ресепшене ответила, что администратор не может придти, я с ам а должна сходить . И я опять пошла... Когда я все таки нашла администратора и попросила книгу жалоб, она ответила, что таковой у них нет.На что я попросила пригласить директора. директора на месте не оказалось, но зато нашла книга жалоб. Я конечно не уверена, что будут приняты какие то меры. как с казал мой сын - отстой этот Парнас. Не советую посещать это заведение
