ИК Развитие - это пирамида, лохотрон и кидалово. Владелец и генеральный директор - Олег, который долгое время занимался куплей-продажей акций, зарабатывая на якобы 13% налога, которые удерживаются с акционеров, пожелавших продать акции. "Налог" удерживается - в карман ИК Развитие. Ну да ладно - компания захотела большего, предлагая акционерам-пенсионерам отдать последнее "под управление", предлагая "взять акции в аренду" и прочий бред. Этот безумный бред окутывал акционера - а с ним могли беседовать год (разве сложно потратить 10 минут на разговоры о Чубайсе, имея виды на миллион?), заговаривая зубы старикам. для более эффективного обдирания населения был обустроен отдел продаж, где люди, ничего не смысля в инвестициях - равно как и само руководство - сами того не понимая обманывали стариков... день за днем... Некоторых из них обвинили потом в мошенничестве, когда дело дошло до возврата акционерам их акций, хотя это были очень честные люди. Некоторым из них не платили зарплату, других потом просто уволили. в итоге весной прошлого года компания обанкротилась - а клиентам предложила переподписать договоры КК Развитие, совершенно аналогичная компания того же Лукашина. зачем они это делали? - просто надеются на возврат своих средств... за такие дела следует сажать за решетку - от таких умников потом в россии никто и никогда не сумеет нормально вкладывать деньги, чтобы это приносило реальный доход. Развитие)
