Работаем с Разумным оборотом уже несколько лет. Заказываем подписи для сдачи отчетности и для участия в торгах. Все грамотно и вежливо. В нашем ООО в штате нет компьютерщика, поэтому тех.поддержка для нас имеет большое значение. В рабочее время специалисты всегда помогают и всегда решают вопросы, которые мы "чайники" решить не можем.

Люди внимание! Даже не думайте обращаться в Разумный Оборот!!! Работают не профессионалы своего дела!!! Сначала предложили мне купить, то что как оказалось совсем мне не нужно для моего бизнеса, сами причем не знали как пользлваться программой и создавать ККТ, Потом два месяца кормили меня завтракаии, что завтра настроят. Когда начала возмущается оказалось, что установили еще не ту кассу, поэтому не работало у нас все как нужно. А сначала ни чего не сказали, хотя покупали программу и регистрацию кассы с разницей в Один день и естественно вели переговоры ранее о нуждах нашей компании, что касса не подходит программе. Предложила им исправится, чтоб они зарегистрировали кассу которая подходит под наши нужны. Так регистрировали неделю. А при установке программного обеспечения на нее не проверили разблокировку кассы. В итоге мы остались с купленной и не рабочей кассой, с кучей негатива и уже три месяца в поисках правды. ЕСЛИ ВЫ БЕРЕЖЕТЕ СВОИ НЕРВЫ, ВРЕМЯ, ДЕНЬГИ - НЕ РАБОТАЙТЕ С РРАЗУМНЫМ ОБОРОТОМ!!!
