Обувь-то неплохая с соответствующей стоимостью от 5 тыс. руб и выше (при учете, что это не модельная обувь - красивой ее назвать сложно), но продавцы,которые пытаются мне за 10 руб. продать подследники для примерки - это что-то! А я еще и не выкинула те, что мне в другом магазине "Александр Лэнда" дали, и послушала речь продавщицы о том, что 10 руб. - не деньги, и неимущим они подследники "дарят". Не подарили)) С такими продавщицами продаж не будет в принципе. Я нормально выгляжу и зарабатываю, поэтому знаю, что сколько стоит и как должны оказываться услуги. Я бы купила туфли, т.к. они были со скидкой, но продавцы сделали со своей стороны все, чтобы мне хотелось скорее покинуть этот магазин и забыть, что туда вообще зашла. Очень и очень жаль, что сеть салонов так относится к набору персонала. Да, кстати, негативные отзывы чаще оставляют реальные покупатели, позитивные -чаще происки пиарщиков

Купил в магазине Razio, в Бибирево, в ТЦ Александр, мужские ботинки марки Bugatti. В первый же день пошли пятнами, в риагенты не попадал, принять обратно не приняли. Отправили на экспертизу, (по поводу экспертизы сомнения), не хотели давать на руки заключение, потом чек за обувь не хотели возвращать, содрали за экспертизу 1079руб. по приходному ордеру не предъявив никаких доказательств что эти деньги были уплачены за экспертизу. А больше всего неприятна дерзость продавцов, хотелось бы найти на них управу. mayaki@mail.ru моя почта, Александр.

Уютный магазин с хорошим выбором обуви. Ходим всей семьёй с большим удовольствием. Продавцы хорошо знают ассортимент, готовы подсказать, всегда доброжелательны. Часто бывают распродажи с реальным снижением цен, есть программа скидок.

Лет 7 назад был хороший магазин, с разнообразным выбором, сейчас очень скудный выбор, нет размеров, продают какие-то остатки, которые в интернет магазине стоят на 50% дешевле.
