Номер семейный 2500 р/час, нет холодильника нет музыки, маленькая комната отдыха. Администратор был груб, обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего

Уважаемый Максим, приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. В номере действительно нет холодильника, но Вы могли взять его в аренду за небольшую плату. Для того чтобы слушать музыку, есть ТВ с возможным использование флешки с музыкой, или Вы также могли взять в аренду караоке колонку или бумбокс. Комната отдыха не предназначена для размещения в ней большой компании, однако ее площадь позволяет пребывать там и переодеться нескольким гостям. Мы очень не хотим, чтобы у Вас осталось отрицательное мнение о нашем комплексе! Поэтому хотим Вас пригласить в Раздолье и подарить 2 часа отдыха!
