Вечером 17 декабря 2018 года в отделе «райская птичка», который находится на 1-ом этаже Универмага Миасс, приобрела платье стоимостью 2200. Принесла домой, посмотрела получше и поняла, что купила дешевку. Ни вида, ни формы. На следующий день утром я приношу платье обратно с просьбой вернуть мне деньги. И ТУТ НАЧАЛОСЬ)) Продавщица сказала писать заявление. Я попросила бланк. «Мы вам не обязаны давать бланк». Дальше я попросила образец возврата. « Мы вам не обязаны давать образца». Потом эта хамоватая продавщица решила « блеснуть» своим умом и заявила, что «ОНА НЕ ОБЯЗАНА ВОЗВРАЩАТЬ ДЕНЬГИ, ТОЛЬКО МОЖЕТ ОБМЕНЯТЬ». И ПОСОВЕТОВАЛА МНЕ ИЗУЧАТЬ ЗАКОНЫ. Когда я ей сделала замечание, что она тут продавец и должна вести себя с клиентам повежливее, она сказала, что « она улыбалась мне вчера, когда я покупала платье, а сейчас вежливой со мной быть она НЕ ОБЯЗАНА». Видимо « не обязана» это ее любимое выражение) ВОТ ИСТИННОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ К ПОКУПАТЕЛЯМ. Она всячески мешала написать заявление в отделе, я поехала домой писать его. Через час приезжаю с заявлением. Когда она принимала это платье, она его все обсмотрела, ДАЖЕ ОБНЮХАЛА))) Я так его не рассматривала когда покупала. В итоге деньги мне вернули только через 13 дней. Вывод: ужасный отдел от товара до продавщиц. С таким хамством я встретилась впервые. Было такое ощущение, что я нахожусь не в магазине, а в подворотне, требуя чужие деньги. ПОДУМАЙТЕ ПРЕЖДЕ ЧЕМ В ОТДЕЛЕ « РАЙСКАЯ ПТИЧКА» ЧТО-ТО БРАТЬ. А ЕСЛИ УЖ ВЫ ВЗЯЛИ И ПЕРЕДУМАЛИ, ТО ИДИТЕ С ГОТОВЫМ ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕМ. БЕРЕГИТЕ СВОЕ ВРЕМЯ, НЕРВЫ И ДЕНЬГИ! Р. S. Мой отзыв первый, если после него будут хвалебные отзывы их «чудо» отдела, это вранье, они из сами себе пишут.
