был у меня в этом банке вклад, забрала, надоело хамство сотрудников, когда на это хамство написала заявление , его проигнорировали. Бесит, что развесили в банке кичливые объявления, что это европейский банк, до европейского уровня обслуживания им как до Киева каком.

Брала кредит наличными, плачу уже 1,5 года, 23,7% годовых. Никаких проблем! Персонал вежливый очень и грамотный. Нет комиссии при оплате кредита, что в других банках в порядке вещей. Не назойливы. А некоторые клиенты просто бывают в дурном настроении и остальным хотят испортить,да и хамят в первую очередь сами! Спасибо за качественную работу всем!
