1) о банке в целом: Просто жесть 🤦‍♀️ работодатель заказал карту зп Готовится уже наверное около месяца. Везде заявлен срок 5-7 дней, толку ноль. Только сегодня оператор в чате мне сообщил, что карта готовится по индивидуальному дизайну и поэтому возможен срок до 21 дня. А раньше сказать нельзя было об этом? Я возмущена. Из за того, что карта не готова, а работодатель перечислил средства, пришлось обратится в офис на жукова и вот тут начался ад 2) об офисе: Талон я получила в 12:33, нужно то было только получить средства через кассу. Я просидела в очереди 2 с лишним с лишним часа 😱 (вышла в 14:42 ) работает полтора сотрудника, я понимаю, карантин, все дела. Но о каком Здоровье может идти речь , если очередь не двигается, а в офисе народ только прибавляется, о дистанции не может быть и речи . Если бы я знала, что это будет так долго, не поехала бы. Некоторые просто уходили, не дожидаясь своей очереди на обслуживание. Это кошмар 🤦‍♀️ ещё и звоните со своими кредитными предложениями, идите лесом с таким обслуживанием вообще не хочется связываться с вами. Надеюсь, последует хоть какая то реакция от вас

Приносим извинения за вынужденное ожидание. К сожалению, для анализа ситуации и предоставления более детальных операций в отзыве недостаточно данных. Карта и онлайн-банк позволяют проводить почти все операции удаленно. Надеемся, что после получения карты и подключения онлайн-банка обслуживание в банке будет приносить только положительные эмоции.

Самый тухлый банк там работают одни мошенники Родные переслали деньги банк их заморозил и отправил отправителю а кому пришли теперь не понятна деньги пропали Готовим документы в суд

Отвратительный банк. Сделал такие условия перечисления в валюте что фактически грабит население. Два дня назад банк украл у меня 102 доллара. Вот такой банк. Пользоваться его услугами категорически не советую. Отвратительно!
