Абсолютно недружественный персонал. Театр начинается с вешалки… а это отделение — с хамоватого руководителя. На сайте госуслуг данное отделение значится в списке центров обслуживания пользователей… Пришла, отстояла очередь. Услышала, что обслуживают только клиентов своего банка. На сайте госуслуг об этом ни слова. Разговор с посетителями ведется в таком тоне, что желания еще когда-либо открыть эту дверь не возникнет. Нести свои деньги в этот банк тоже. Не рекомендую.П.с. очередь состояла из желающих закрыть счет/карту… видимо банк обслуживает от всей души. Как уже сказали — надменный персонал. Сделайте «щи» попроще и люди к вам потянутся. В банке недопустимо работать на отвали. – показать

почему-то именно в этом отделении райффайзена постоянно нет денег в банкомате. причем в обоих:-( и в рабочие часы, когда в банке сотрудники, неужели трудно периодически закладывать деньги? на этой неделе уже 2 раза пролетела с попыткой снять наличные...
