Открывала счёт для ИП в отделении на Большевиков,3 к.1! Самый отвратительный сервис и менеджеры! Никогда и никому не посоветую данный банк! И при первой же возможности расторгну договор с данным банком!!!Ничего не объяснили,доставили кучу проблем,ещё и бегать приходится чуть ли не каждый день в этот банк!!! Уже тошнит от одного названия данного банка!!!Желаю банку сотрудников, которые будут заинтересованы в своих клиентах,и как минимум доброжелательны и приветливы!!!!

Доброе утро! Брала потреб.кредит в этом банке, вчера пришла его досрочно погасить. Сотрудник Петрова Александра Е.спросила только паспорт, распечатала какую то бумажку и отправила в кассу. Оказалось, что она мне закрыла только карту и не посчитала сколько я должна по остаткам за кредит.В кассе я еще раз объяснила,что хочу не только закрыть карту, но и досрочно погасить кредит.В итоге я ушла с одной только бумажкой об внесении денег на счет. Сотрудник Петрова Александра Е.ни чего не объяснила,не распечатала мне документы на досрочное погашение кредита- разве ваши сотрудники не должны распечатывать документы??? Прошу разобраться в этой истории. Очень было неприятно находиться в вашем банке вчера. Банк находиться на проспекте Большевиков д.3 к.1 – показать
