Худший банк с которым я имел когда либо дело. Оформил заявку на выпуск Кредитной карты, пришел положительный ответ, позвонил молодой человек озвучил, что карта одобрена с нужным мне лимитом, можно приехать в любое отделение и получить по паспорту. Приехав в банк и проведя в очереди 50 минут, менеджер девушек озвучила, что карта мне не одобрена. Я понимаю что молодой человек получает деньги за приход клиента в банк, но ради этого нагло врать это низко. Итог 2 часа личного времени потрачено в пустую на Ваш банк из за вранья Ваших сотрудников.

10 января 2020 отдал документы на оформление закладной для ипотеки. Сказали, что в течении двух недель будет готово, придёт уведомление о готовности. Прошло две недели, от вас ни слуху, ни духу. Звоню сам, 27.01.2020, а вы, оказывается, даже не начинали оформлять. Никто ничего не сказал, ни одна собака, зато спама всякого горы, что в приложении, что на почте. Можно узнать, какого ляда две недели вы в носу ковырялись? Там штрафы, вообще-то, за просрочку оформления есть в законодательстве. Вы их платить за меня будете?

Хороший офис банка. Быстрое обслуживание. Когда нигде не было валюты, здесь все было, без проблем.

Добрый вечер! Была сегодня в офисе ,встретили как всегда дружелюбно.Сначала подошла девушка и поинтересовалась ненавязчиво какои меня вопрос. Проводила к другои девушке,которая непосредственно занималась моими вопросами( время было примерно 17:30,под номером 11,к сожалению имени не помню). Очень приятно когда обслуживание на высшем уровне.Девочкам огромное спасибо .
