Был сегодня в этом отделении. Очереди ждал не более 1 минуты (повезло, наверное). Но и за эту минуту персонал предложил мне выпить чашечку кофе, и я не отказался. Ставлю отличную оценку, это мое субъективное мнение. Да, найти вход в отделение трудно, вывеска очень неприметная. И если заранее не знать где искать, то можно искать долго. Фото этого входа и вывески я сделал, но как пристегнуть его к моему отзыву, я не знаю.

Невозможно самостоятельно найти отделение . Не заметная вывеска 20 см на 20 см . Необходимо найти железную дверь и подняться на 2ой этаж , вход рядом с магазином Daily !!! Большая просьба к администрации сделать вывеску более яркой и несколько указателей !

Прочитал предыдущие отзывы… Вывод- это сиюминутные эмоции!!! Я обслуживаюсь в этом банке с 2004 г! Это отделение — лучшее из тех, где я отслуживался (Смоленское, отделение в Романовском переулке…) да, есть очереди и приходится порой подождать, но такого отношения и внимания, как в отделении Беляево, я нигде не встречал- высокий профессионализм и внимание к клиентам!!! Был клиентом этого банка, есть, и буду!!! Только из-за того, что там есть вменяемые и профессиональные менеджеры! А о пол итике банка — это ваше решение! Оценка -5! – показать
