В январе оплачивали здесь налоги, операционистка не верно указала КБК, а мы на это внимания не обратили. И пошло-поехало с налоговой. В итоге зашли в банк через несколько месяцев за копиями платёжек, сообщив, что из-за неверного оформления нам требуются ещё платёжки. Девушка перебивая нас начала говорить, что налоговая не вправе забирать платёжки и что это наша вина. Вроде платёжки не сложно распечатать, за что такое неуважение к клиентам? Не приятно становится посещать этот банк.

Пришел в банк по предварительному званку с сотрудником банка,для того что бы пополнить валютный счет…в результате потратил 40 мин времени и в результате получил отказ от операции с денежными средствами.Все время пока сидел в кресле заведующей отд. Анна Баланян все это время занималась непонятным печатанием на компьютере…и потом решила что сотрудник который занимался моим вопросом просто незнал как решить мой вопрос, и что образец который он выслал на почту нечего не значит!!!! В результате колос сальное потраченное время из за непрофессиональной работы сотрудников Райффайзенбанка на ул.Космонавтов д.4 Если вам дорого свое время и нервы советую обращаться в другие отделения банка!!!
