Хотела там оформить карту для поездок заграницу и дико обломалась. По телефону специально узнала список документов , а еще то, что после закрытия счета в 2013-14 информации обо мне нет в базе. Ок, приехала и каково же было мое удивление, когда молодой, но очень самоуверенный юнец-менеджер потребовал документ о перемене имени. Потому что он внезапно нашёл меня по моей нынешней фамилии в базе, хотя у них я значусь по предыдущей. Я сказала, что мне по телефону сказали, что инфа не сохранена (как всегда и везде видимо попались тугоухие операторы, которые как услышали, так и поняли фамилию), и я хочу оформить карту, как новый пользователь. Нет, это невозможно - заявил он агрессивно и начал говорить со мной так, как будто я нарушила закон или задолжал ему сумму денег. Осталась я ни с чем. А мне надо было ехать в Европу через 4 дня. Плюнула я на этот банк и эту карту, прекрасно съездила с наличкой) и потеряли они клиента навсегда). Сами виноваты! Впечатление от банка навсегда испорчено . А через неделю где-то прочитала некую инфу, подтверждающую мое мнение.

мне очень понравилось отделение «Полянка», девочки такие доброжелательные, особенно Ксения, кажется так ее зовут, в черном комбинезончике она вчера была 19.10.2016, молодцы, больше нечего сказать
