дезинформация - это синоним слова "Raiffeisen" оформил карту в этом отделении банка. просто дебетовую карту 1. при оформлении менеджер сообщил, что кэшбэк составляет 200 руб с каждых потраченных 5000 руб. (на самом деле - в 2 раза меньше) 2. при оформлении менеджер сказал, что кэшбэк начисляется в течение 15 дней с начала следующего месяца. в чате эту информацию подтвердили, но когда я спросил в чате на 20й день, когда придёт кэшбэк - в чате ответили, что в течение 30 дней. 3. при оформлении я уточнял, что мне не нужны никакие смс-оповещения и другие услуги, т.к. есть приложение в телефоне. он понял, покивал. в итоге - сейчас списалась первая комиссия за "смс-банк". пользуюсь только 1 месяц, боюсь, что будет происходить дальше. если это не прекратиться - всю семью переведу в другой банк. там полудюжине новых клиентов будут рады.

Недавно решила взять кредит на покупку своего нового друга – мотоцикла )). От сестры услышала, что в Райффайзен Банке сейчас пониженные ставки – 14,9% (до этого брала кредит в Сбере под 21,5%). Самое прекрасное заключалось в том, что ко мне приехал приятный молодой человек и зарегистрировал заявку прямо у меня в офисе. Ему пришлось не только вынести поток вопросов с моей стороны, но и приехать ко мне 2 раза, чтобы все заново переоформить, потому что за один вечер я умудрилась передумать сроки и сумму кредита )). При подписании кредитного договора мне сразу сделали бесплатный интернет-банкинг, что является очень нужной вещью для человека занятого. Девчонки на ресепшн очень быстро и грамотно меня обслужили, и теперь я уже в ожидании своего железного коня! )
