Были всей семьей (2.02.2020)администраторы разговаривают очень не уважительно!!! При входе сильно ударила хлорка в глаза и нос! Бассейн давно не чистили, это было видно когда включили свет! А после проведённого там время, у всей семьи был ужасный чех, острота в горле, мальчика 8 лет ужасно рвало! Не советовал бы ступать на порог данного заведения! Руководство в данном заведении только наживаются на людях!!!

Добрый день Александр! Мы ознакомились с Вашим отзывом. От лица загородного комплекса "Рандеву" приносим извинения за причиненные неудобства. отзыв.Благодарим за Ваш отзыв. При просмотре записи с камер видеонаблюдения от 02.02.2020 года со стороны администратора в адрес клиентов не уважительного отношения не было. Во время Вашего отдыха в нашем заведении с вами присутствовали несовершеннолетние дети. В обязанности администратора не входит контроль отдыхающих клиентов, поэтому Ваши дети находятся в зале только под Вашим присмотром. То есть администратор заведения не может видеть, под присмотром ли мальчик 8 лет находился старших, а именно, как вел себя в бассейне, глотал ли из бассейна воду и что кушал. Очистка бассейна производится регулярно согласно действующим санитарным нормам. Очень обидно, что Ваш отдых у нас не принес Вам удовольствия и радости. Просим принять наши извинения. Бассейны, где проходит довольно большое количество людей, должен обрабатываться... Обрабатывается он согласно инструкциям. Просим прощения и надеемся, что если вы решите посетить наше заведение еще раз , такого больше не произойдет. Надеемся, что новое посещение нашей бани изменит ваше мнение и впечатления. С уважением администрация загородного комплекса "Рандеву".

Были вчера компанией. После бассейна началась аллергия на хлорку!!!! Мы с мужем чихаем не останавливаясь, нос забит, кашель!!!! Какое количество ее в воду засыпали , не известно! Не понравилось!
