Делала заказ в Рамки Маркет (ООО ГЛОБ КОММЕРС), рамка то пришла симпатичная, но ждала я ее полтора месяца! На сайте у них указано много способов оплаты, но по электронной почте мне предложили только оплату по квитанции, договор с банком у них не заключен, поэтому ВТБ снял с тысячи рублей еще и комиссию 200р (будьте готовы), договорились, что отправят почтой. Так эти товарищи, не согласовав это со мной, отправили вместо почты компанией ПЭК (спустя 2 недели после оплаты), а у них пункт выдачи в грязной промзоне в криминогенном районе, а доставка по городу еще +350р. При стоимости заказа 700р, отдать 700р за доставку оч круто) Но мучения здесь только начались! Товарищи сначала неправильно указали плательщика (пришла смс от ПЭКА, что я должна им за доставку до терминала 330р), ну это быстро исправили. Но они еще умудрились и фамилию мою неправильно указать, из-за чего ПЭК отказывался выдавать мне груз. Я 3 недели (!) ждала, когда эта фирма соизволит написать письмо о смене грузополучателя, названивала им почти каждый день, писала на почту, плохоговорящий по-русски гражданин 3 недели пытался убедить меня, что все нормально, вы можете свой груз забирать, а в ПЭКЕ говорили, что ничего подобного, письма так и нет. Только после того как я чуть ли не матом стала названивать и требовать телефон директора и вернуть мне деньги, тогда на следующий день ПЭК наконец получил письмо и я получила свой груз, причем за эти 3 недели мне еще и за хранение груза начислили 40рублей, которые я заплатила из своего кармана, хотя товарищи из фирмы обещали расходы возместить, я им скинула номер телефона, чтобы положили деньги туда, но прошла уже неделя, поступлений не видно) В общем, если вам дороги ваши нервы – не заказывайте у них.
