Отдыхали с 29 февраля на 1 марта. Из плюсов: +Бассейн на улице. Бассейн всегда был фишкой этого места, температура воды всегда в районе 37 градусов, тёплая, плавать одно удовольствие, только с появлением нового места «Баден-Баден», этот бассейн выглядит уже не так выигрышно, как раньше, но все же. +Номер. В этот раз брали улучшенный, понравился намного, заметно больше, и намного светлее, чем стандартный, если разница для вас незначительна, обязательно берите его. +Обслуживание. Все очень любезны, вообщем все на уровне. +Антураж. Весь антураж отеля даёт вам забыть, что вы находитесь в Екатеринбурге, в принципе не очень привычно все это видеть в родном городе, таких отелей у нас очень мало. Из минусов: -Пища. Именно об room service. Мы заказывали себе в номер 2 пиццы и клад-сэндвич. О сэндвиче сказать почти нечего, он был неплох, но так же и нехорош. О пиццах можно сказать то, что это самые ужасные пиццы в моей жизни. Не вздумайте их брать, это просто полусырой кусок теста с наваленной начинкой, но так его и банально посолить забыли! Вообщем, мне такое блюдо совсем непонятно. -Усталость. Усталость этого отеля чувствуется сразу и понемногу во всех помещениях. От номера с его доисторическим телевизором, до СПА с его финскими саунами, о саунам хотелось бы поговорить конкретно, так как это просто позор, иметь такие полки с износившимся и потресканным деревом. Друзья, не забывайте, что вы позиционируете себя как вип место с соответствующим прайсом, но тем не менее, обновить бани и телевизоры в номерах в ваших масштабах не самое серьезное дело, тем более оно сыграет вам на руку, так как понижать цены на услуги нет смысла, ведь по СПА было понятно, что народу полно и найти свободные лежаки не очень просто. В будущем, возможно мы снова к вам приедем, но надеюсь, что недостатки будут исключены в новый раз.
