Всем добрый день. Покупали в кабинете слуховой аппарат. Сотрудники были вежливы и внимательны, подбирали очень скурпулёзно, Пробовали несколько вариантов, нашли оптимальный для деда. Потом ещё настраивали, уделили много времени. Спасибо!

Хамское отношение к клиентам, особенно к старикам. У бабушки сломался слуховой аппарат, обратились в радугу звука на пр. Космонавтов. Подъехали вместе с ней. В кабинете нас приняла менеджер (женщина средних лет, имени не знаю, она не представилась). С бабушкой общалась крайне неуважительно, отвечая на вопросы с нескрываемым раздражением, бесконечно округляя глаза, не забывая делать театральную паузу, дёргала её за парик своими руками, объясняя, что он мог стать причиной поломки.
