Обслуживает оставляет желать лучшего: заказ на еду принимают администраторы на ресепшене, из-за чего приносят иногда не то, забывают приборы. Уборка зависит от определенной команды уборщиц: есть хорошие, есть те, которые даже пыль не могут протереть в очевидных местах. Ресторанное меню однообразное и, в основном, вся еда жирная и весьма калорийная. Это только то, что первое пришло в голову.

Гостиница в которой воруют и закрывают на это глаза, бездарный персонал, который не может урегулировать проблему, в люкс номерах пыль, уборка на скорую руку, не рекомендую эту гостиницу!
