Беру виртуальный сервер под проект. До этого пользовался услугами популярного питерского хостера, но с радостью с ним простился и купил vds в rackstore.ru Все шло хорошо, пока в один день, а точнее вечер субботы не начались траблы. Уже думал попал по полной, что поменял шило на мыло. Хоть и пришлось малек понервничать - вопрос решился, там оказалась небольшая проблема с платформой и после установки обновлений все заработано как надо. На самом деле пишу этот коммент, потому что конкретно потрепал нервы техподдержке и мучает совесть))) После прошлого хостера плохо с терпением XDD. У меня еще проект-сервис, поэтому сайт должен постоянно работать. На самом деле rackstore молодцы - хорошо сгладили ситуацию и теперь я доволен, вот что значит заботиться о клиенте!

Когда запускали свой как сейчас принято говорить стартап. Сайт много раз изменял свой облик, так сказать "от низов". Еще в самом начале в 2010 году был у нас бесплатный хостинг, в процессе поняли, что это убого и перешли на платную версию того же провайдера. По каким-то странным причинам захотели сменить компанию - вроде кто-то с кем-то поссорился из-за грубиянства технической поддержки и т.д. В итоге какой-то знакомый посоветовал тогда эту компанию, у которой мы собственно уже взяли виртуальный сервер. Разница конечно между хостингом и вдс очень ощутимая. Основных проблем у нас не возникало, так пустяки из серии работы с системой билинга или настроек панели. Через примерно год решили менять тариф на более мощный виртуальный сервер, но в это время попали под акцию на выделенные физические сервера и сразу взяли дедик. Работаем вместе с rackstore уже второй год и пока все складно получается. Ребята из поддержки хорошие, если возникают вопросы, то видно и чувствуется, что хотят помочь. Поэтому если ситуация не изменится ни за что не уйдем.
