В общем очередные мониполисты. Единственная мойка на районе и стали этим пользоваться. Моют плохо, очень близко подносят струю к кузову, чтобы лучше отбить грязь, но так делать нельзя, сила потока очень большая отбивают часто вместе с краской. У меня лично отбили наклейку со значка, и на мои возмущения сказали что ответсвкенности не за что не несут - даже не извинились. Сегодня опчть заехал на другой машине уже, очередь 8 машин, попросил оставить, - раньше с этим не было проблем. Теперь новый менеджер ( главный по мойке) говорит, если комплекс то отсавим, если нет, до свидания или ждите!!! Про цены говорить смысла не вижу...😒 В общем очень испортилось отношение к клиентам.😠😒

Олег, добрый день. Мы не пользуемся своей монополией в корыстных целях, т. к. если мы действительно плохо будем обслуживать клиентов, то клиенты просто будут ездить в другие сервисы. Поэтому монополия у нас абсолютно условная. Что касается качества обслуживания, то просим предоставить заказ-наряд или чек, чтобы разобраться с подобной ситуацией. Мы тщательно инструктируем всех сотрудников и проводим им обучение, в том числе по основному направлению — мойке автомобилей. Впредь, если столкнётесь у нас с какой-либо проблемой — смело обращайтесь к администратору или руководству, они помогут исправить ситуацию оперативно и качественно, без необходимости решать это в рамках отзывов.
